Participants will learn about the centuries-old raised bed technique of hugelkultur in which mounds are constructed from decaying wood debris and other compostable biomass. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll discuss why this raised bed technique is effective and which materials are best used.
Participants will leave with a set of written instructions to practice hugelkultur at home.
